Description
Ultra Mix 7500 pantone mixing system from International Coatings is a very accurate pantone mixing system straight out of the states, available only in US gallon tubs. This is a RFU ‘Ready-For-Use’ from the tub system.
ICC inks are all phthalate free and by using the Pantone® colour matching software, either online or on the desktop version, you can mix up to 99.9 % of pantone colours. It’s well suited for fine detail and halftone printing using finer mesh counts. The 7500 Series inks will spot dry with a very low after flash tack and with a very good, creamy viscosity can be used in Automatic or manual hand printing. Use an under base / Flash white when printing onto dark fabrics to give best results.
ICC 7500 RFU Colour systems consists of a full range of 19 high performance mixing colours that when mixed will generate pantone colour simulations and has been specially formulated for ultra high speed wet-on-wet automatic printing but can also be used for manual printing.

Curing
Plastisol will be fully cured at 165°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.
