Please Note: Failure to fill in any of the above fields may result in your return not being processed. To conduct a full investigation, we may ask for Images/ videos on receipt of goods of the following; damaged and/or faulty contents, including packaging and inner packaging.

All returns must be reported and made within 7 days accompanied by a completed RETURN GOODS AUTHORISATION REQUEST FORM. You are entitled to return goods if they are unwanted, faulty, damaged or the wrong item. If you wish to return a product, they must be returned with the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

We would advise shipping your return products using a courier that provides real time tracking such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DPD etc. As per our Return policy, Screen Print World will not be liable for any damages occurred during return transit. Screen Print World will not reimburse shipping charges for any return unless otherwise agreed.

Please note credits cannot be issued for bespoke orders of custom products or imported products. These items cannot be cancelled or returned.
