We used to use the Franmar product range for screen wash and reclaim which was great (especially Icky Sticky Unstuck). The Easiway product range just as good though and actually seems to last a bit longer than Franmar. Use a squirty bottle to dispense the screen wash. Don’t use the spray function as we don’t want to breathe in the vapour – in fact we use a proper mask and gloves if cleaning a lot of screens. We don’t use in reclaim area. We had problems with drainage in the washout booth once and instead of fixing it straight away we left water and Easiway screen wash in the washout booth overnight. Next day we found that it had degraded the silicon in the washout booth and we had leaks everywhere – lol serves us right for being lazy. Easy enough to clean screens on press. We use a bit of perspex to protect the pallets from getting screen wash all over them. Makes light work for easily the worst job in a screen shop.

We love how easy this product has made cleaning ink, glue and fluff (from garments) off of the floor and our press. We tried so many products to try and get the glue off of our floor but nothing worked. This stuff works like magic! We spray it and within about a minute it comes off with ease! :)

Never used anything else. Never had to – this stuff works so well when it comes to ink colour changes and post-run cleanup.
