Description
Amex Flash White Extra Plastisol is bright white designed for use as an underbase flash white offering superior matt-down, low after-flash tack, and quick on-press flashing, as well as high quality standard white prints onto dark garments. This product is available in both 1kg and 5kg tubs. Amex plastisol inks are phthalate and heavy metal free and due to their fine milling are able to offer good opacity when printed through fine mesh counts as well as a soft feel and good elasticity once cured. They have a great mixing consistency and are super opaque. These inks are quality Italian made inks and can be mixed together with Amex Plastisols to obtain various pastel shades. They are suitable for both manual and automatic printing.
Manufacturer Translation (Italian): Plast PF Bianco Flash Extra.

Curing

Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.

We have used 100’s of KG’s of other whites, this is by far the easiest to use, nice and soft, will go through practically any screen, manual on stroke printing on most colours, Black needs PFP but before everything we had used need PFP.Now our standard white.

This is a repeat order as we find this ink very opaque, using it in warm conditions keeps it soft, overall its a very good ink. Jeff
