Description
Newman High Tension Roller Frames available in 3 sizes. Custom sizes are available, please call. On a static aluminium frame you will most likely need to print two strokes per colour. The loose tension in these types of frames will not have the proper openings in the mesh therefore causing you to put more pressure into your stroke and only getting a little bit of ink through the mesh. The screen may not pop right back up after printing, bringing up the possibility of the ink smearing on multi-color jobs or the shirt sticking to the screen. This is where the retensionable screens will change your world. Using retensionable roller frames at the correct tension you can print the exact same job with only one stroke per colour. Meaning you have less ink sitting on the shirt and more to print with in the screen. The tight tension on roller frames will allow you to fill the mesh openings in your flood stroke and lay the ink on top of the garment with minimal pressure. Tight tension will make the screen jumps right back up after the squeegee has passed over the openings and will not stick or smear the ink.
