Amex Flash White Extra Plastisol is bright white perfect for under base ink, available in both 1kg and 6kg tubs. Amex plastisol inks are phthalate and heavy metal free and due to their fine milling offer a soft feel and good elasticity once cured. They have a great mixing consistency and are super opaque making them perfect for printing onto dark garments. These inks are quality Italian made inks and can be mixed together to obtain various shades. They are suitable for both manual and automatic printing.
To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade.
Plastisol will be fully cured at 165°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.

If you use plastisol ink then this is the best white to use. Easy to work with and great results every time. A definite must buy ?
This is a repeat order as we find this ink very opaque, using it in warm conditions keeps it soft, overall its a very good ink. Jeff
We have used 100's of KG's of other whites, this is by far the easiest to use, nice and soft, will go through practically any screen, manual on stroke printing on most colours, Black needs PFP but before everything we had used need PFP.Now our standard white.
Kate (Digg Design) - Great coverage even with just one layer down, really opaque, very pleased.
Our go-to all round white ink. Great for underbasing, highlights and standalone prints. Lovely soft hand and minimal mixing required. Great stuff :)
Was Using Union White and tried this white, WOW soft, bright and holds great detail.
