Description
Amex Dye Blocking white is a superb dye blocking/low bleed under base white, available in both 1kg and 6kg tubs. Amex plastisol inks are phthalate and heavy metal free and due to their fine milling offer a soft feel and good elasticity once cured. They have a great mixing consistency and are super opaque making them perfect for printing onto dark garments. These inks are quality Italian made inks and can be mixed together to obtain various shades and are suitable for manual or automatic printing These Dye Blocking/Low bleed inks are ultra low bleed, not no bleed so we strongly recommended you test any fabric for dye migration 48 hrs before printing the final job.

Printing
To obtain best results use decent tension screens 34T/(80) to 90T/(230) both for manual printing and automatic presses – best results with a sharp squeegee blade.
Additives
- Curable reducer. (Ink thinner)
- Soft hand base. (for softer prints on lighter shade garments)
- Thinner Additive 86. (Ink thinner)
- Puff Additive.(for raised prints)
- Fibre Bond. (to reduce curing temperature)
Clean up
Please use Easisolv 842 , Easiolv 701, Stinky Screen Wash or Franmar, please dispose of any cleaning consumables in a safe manner and use the correct PPI.
Curing
Plastisol will be fully cured at 165°C. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters. Always wash test production to ensure prints are adequately cured.
