Description
We provide a remeshing service which delivers reliable and neatly stretched screens every time. For all re-stretching services, we require you to send your frames to us, we ask kindly that all screens are sent to be received by SPW within 14 days of order confirmation/ acknowledgment. Once we’ve received them, there will be an approximate 3-5 day turn-around on all stretching, depending on our work load.
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1: Choose your screen size and select the mesh size you would like from the drop down, Then add to your cart.
Step 2: Select your delivery. All re-meshed screens have a turn around time of 3-5 days once they have arrived with us, However you can still select next day or 3-5 day delivery depending on how quickly you would like them sent to you once completed.
Step 3: Package your screens up, We recommend a bin bag and tape to cover the frames. Please include your order number and name so we can identify them when they arrive.
Step 4: Send them back to us using your desired courier. You are responsible for the cost of sending the screens back to us. Please send all remeshes to:Screen Print World Ltd, unit 8 Foley Business Park, Stourport Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7PG.
Step 5: Send your tracking details to jamie@screenprintworld.co.uk

Please make sure you clean the screen of any wet ink and other nasties before sending them to us. Please be aware there will be a surcharge of £5 per screen if the screen frame is covered in ink and needs to be cleaned before remeshing. The standard mesh counts for re-meshing are; 34t, 43t, 55t, 62t, 77t, 90t and 120t. Just select from the drop down which mesh you would like. please get in touch if you require a different mesh count.
Any orders placed for remeshes cannot be processed for next day delivery, if you are adding other consumables to your order and need these to be part shipped out for next day delivery, please add this to the notes section of your order or email here so we can accommodate for this. If we receive no communication on this, your order will be held and dispatched in full once the screens have been received, restretched and readied for return.
It helps massively if you could please email our Screen Stretching team here with any tracking information you have when sending your screens into us for restretching. This allows us to get your screens into production and returned to you a lot faster as we can prepare in advance.
