Omni-Bagger, Amscomatic’s compact, affordable combined bag loading and sealing system, handles wicketed bags of various sizes. With a convenient blower to open the bag, Omni-Bagger creates an efficient, ergonomic loading and sealing station. The bag loading section features an adjustable-width drop-load wicket holder and slide-and-lock bag table positioned to accommodate varied bag lengths.
Pivoting entering guides (horns) are engineered to the product’s shape to promote rapid bag loading. After loading, and prior to sealing the bag, a pneumatic compression plate gently squeezes the bagged product to eliminate excess air and give the product an attractive appearance. The bag-sealing section features an adjustable seal-centering deck that can be quickly set to accommodate different product dimensions.
The durable, high-temperature sealing element is temperature-adjustable, and incorporates an automatic trim plate with an air pulse to push waste into a scrap bag. The seal bar holds the bag against the sealing element to create an attractive, airtight seal. If the seal bar encounters an obstruction on its way to the seal element, the seal bar will retract, and the Omni-Bagger will automatically shut down and remain offline until manually reset.
The Omni-Bagger is built to specifications established by the European Committee for Standardization® (CE) and Underwriters Laboratories® (UL).
