Description

The M&R ICS™ 2.0 Image Capture Software System is a toolset created to improve your screen printing quality. ICS 2.0 takes a photo of an accepted quality print on the press, saves the target image, and compares the quality print against all future prints in your print run.

Featuring a touchscreen monitor and an easy-to-navigate HMI, ICS 2.0 is based on a “stoplight” alert system—an approved print is green-lit, a print that is lower quality but still within range based on your settings will flash yellow, and a print that is out of target range will be red-alerted. You don’t have to wait until garments reach the end of the dryer for inspection. Common defects such as pinholes, off-registration, threads and low ink can now be detected in the unload station!

Integrated with the M&R PASSPORT™ Automatic T-shirt Unloader, ICS 2.0 not only reduces labor but also provides additional confidence that your prints are of the highest quality possible before sending them through the dryer.
