Spot On Aqua WB Yellow

Description

Spot-On Water Based colours are pre-mixed and ready to print inks in our popular and versatile hybrid base. This ink does not dry fast in the mesh and prints easily onto light or dark fabrics.

These ready to print colours are available in a comprehensive range of colours as well as fluorescents and will print well onto cotton, polyester and poly blends. They have excellent wash fastness once cured. The colours can also easily be intermixed to achieve other shades and are GOTS and OEKOTEX certified.

Best results are achieved using 43T – 77T mesh counts and curing is best achieved from 140°C – 160°C for approximately 2 minutes. Please note all wash testing should be undertaken prior to commencing production runs.

Clean up is easily managed using water after printing is complete and screens can be dehazed using Easisolv 701N after reclaim. Suitable Emulsions for these inks would be our Amex Screen Sol QT or QV diazo emulsions.

Please note that these inks have a long shelf life, but as with all water-based inks they should be stored in air-tight pots to prevent drying out.
