Description
The M&R QUATRO CUTTER X™ Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Film Cutter is a versatile cutting system compatible with the M&R QUATRO™ DTF Transfer Printing System. The QUATRO CUTTER X is designed to automate PET film cutting after transfers are printed and cured on a QUATRO DTF printer. It supports one piece flow for a just-in-time (JIT) production solution.
The QUATRO CUTTER X uses a rotary wheel blade for cutting along the X-Axis of PET film at a speed of up to 90 linear feet per hour. It also features an optic reflective sensor for crop mark detection and linear cutting. A colour touchscreen control panel allows users easy setup of cutting commands.
The QUATRO CUTTER X can be used independently from a QUATRO DTF system as a standalone cutting solution after the DTF transfer printing and curing process is complete.
