Summary
VinylGraph Pro is a premium, high-gloss solvent-based graphic screen ink designed for both flexible and rigid PVC as well as acrylic substrates. Its excellent flexibility makes it ideal for multi-layer printing applications while maintaining a durable, brilliant finish.
Drying
VinylGraph Pro inks dry rapidly in jet dryers. For air drying, allow approximately 7 minutes, depending on ambient temperature and airflow conditions.
Thinning
Use VinylGraph Pro Thinner for reductions of up to 40%. For enhanced screen stability, particularly in warm or slow-drying conditions, use VinylGraph Pro Retarder
Stock
Suitable for a wide range of acrylic, flexible PVC, and rigid PVC sheets. It is strongly recommended to test each substrate before production to ensure proper adhesion and to prevent blocking caused by plasticiser migration.
Durability
VinylGraph Pro inks offer outdoor durability of up to three years, depending on environmental conditions. All pigments in the range exhibit a light-fastness rating of at least 7 on the Blue Wool Scale, ensuring long-lasting colour performance.
Coverage
Expected coverage is approximately 40–45 m² per kilogram, assuming correct mesh selection and recommended reducer levels are used.
