Get your screens professionally exposed and ready for print. Simply send us your image-ready artwork with clear instructions for print size and positioning. We’ll confirm the details before exposing your screen, and we include your film positives with every order.

Available Screen Sizes

• 20” × 24”

• 23” × 31”

• 26” × 36”

Film positives are imaged as A4, A3 or A2 depending on your artwork.

Important Notes

• We only expose new screens.

• We do not reclaim or expose used screens.

How to Order

1. Place your order for the required screen size.

2. Email us your image-ready artwork.

3. Include details of print size and positioning.

4. We’ll send you a pre-exposure confirmation for approval before we expose your screen.

Turnaround Time

Typical lead time is 5–7 days from artwork approval.

Mesh Guide

• 43T–62T – ideal for T-shirt printing

• 90T–120T – suitable for graphics and finer detail
