Description
Easiway EasiSolv 415n Stain & Haze Remover is 100% active, fast acting, low odour, ready to use liquid designed to quickly and thoroughly dissolve all ink stains, emulsion residue/stains and ghost images from all types of screen printing mesh. EasiSolv 415N will remove all stains created by solvent, water based, UV and textile inks with fewer hazards and less mesh destruction than a harsh ghost and haze removers. Dissolves stains fast, which provides a quicker alternative to stain removers that require hours of dry time to work effectively.

Application
Always wear the correct PPE when using cleaning agents. A mask, glasses and chemical gloves are a must. Remove all excess ink for your screen and apply Easisolv 415n to both sides of the screen. Allow the product to dwell for 1-5 minutes. (DO NOT LEAVE FOR MORE THAN 5 MINUTES OR TO DRY ON YOUR SCREEN - This may result in your screen tearing or popping). Flood rinse the entire screen with a low pressure rinse, Followed by a high pressure rinse. Prolonged contact time with Easisolv 415n may cause mesh breakdown. DO NOT force dry, leave in direct sunlight or put in drying cabinet.
