Sidewinder includes numerous proven design features, including multiple-bearing upper and lower carousel plates, precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system.

Features

Sidewinder comes in 4-station/4-color, 4-station/ 6-color, and 6-station/6-color models with 41 x 56 cm (16” x 22”) composite pallets. Stable, durable, and extensively tested under extreme conditions, M&R’s new composite pallets are proven performers in production operations. Since composite pallets are lightweight and run cooler under flash-cure conditions, they’re ideal for manual press operations. M&R’s System Integration design allows Sidewinder to integrate seamlessly with M&R’s Tri-Loc and Double Tri-Loc Registration System and any M&R automatic textile press to create a highly affordable registration/sampling/production system. The maximum recommended frame size—64 x 91 cm (25” x 36”)—supports the majority of textile automatic screen sizes. Optional side clamps (with or without air locks), Triple-Play Pallets™ and M&R’s Accu-Stroke™ Squeegee Glide System maximize flexibility, aid setup, and help even novice printers ensure exceptional print quality and consistency. Using small screens of 20” length the footprint of this carousel is only 2.6 meters. Great for limited space.
