EasiStrip Supra One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover is designed to dissolve plastisol inks and remove emulsion from the screen printing mesh-at the same time. This product is for use in a dip tank for superior time and chemical savings. EasiStrip Supra is an ultra- concentrated liquid and designed to be mixed with water 1:7 while remaining homogenous. With EasiStrip SUPRA, textile screens can be cleaned for pennies by combining many of the cleaning processes into one. EasiStrip SUPRA is a zero VOC, low odor, non-flammable, non-hazardous product which will provide the benefits of less labor, less expense and improved efficiency to the screen cleaning and reclaiming operation. This concentrated one step ink & emulsion remover is designed to be used as part of the Easiway dip tank system.
Application for use in dip tank
Mix Easistrip Supra at a ration of up to 1:7 with water in your diptank. Scrape any excess ink from the screen and place it in the dip tank, Using the plastic rods to keep the screen submerged in the solution. Let your screen soak in the tank until the emulsion/film loosens from the screen, usually within a couple of minutes. Remove your screen from the dip tank and high pressure rinse the screen, followed by a flood rinse. If stubborn stains remain, apply easiway 415n stain remover.
Application for manual use
Scrape all excess ink from your screen and apply Easistrip Supra by brush or scrub pad to both sides of your screen and scrub. Using a high pressure washer, rinse from the print side first followed by ink side, giving good attention to the image area. Then flood rinse the entire screen with a low pressure rinse. If stubborn stains remain, Apply easiway 415n stain remover.

I love this product! It has made my job much easier and so much faster. It softens the emulsion nicely, ready for the jet wash to spray it off with ease. It shortens the screen cleaning process massively. :)
