Eliminates Fibrillation: Pushing the roller over warm plastisol white ink (while it is still in its gel stage after flashing) flattens loose fabric fibres sticking out of the garment, giving you a smooth, soft-hand finish without needing a separate off-press heat press pass.
Flattens Fibres Before Printing: Rolling across the pallet right before laying down ink tames stray garment fibres, leading to sharper print definition and preventing a hairy or rough texture.
On-Press Heat Press Action: Leverages the residual heat from your flash cure unit combined with mechanical roller pressure to press down and dull/soften the ink surface in seconds.
Seamless Integration: Designed to clip directly into M&R automatic press print head in place of a standard Squeegee, letting you self-level and adjust travel speed or down-pressure just like a standard squeegee.
