Easiway Screen Perfect Degreaser Concentrate\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cli\u003eEasiway 842 On Press Screen \u0026amp; Press Wash\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cli\u003e5 x  Biggie Red Pads\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cli\u003e5x Biggie Handles\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cli\u003eSafety Glasses\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cli\u003ePair of chemical gloves\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cu\u003eSTEP 1 - Ink Removal \u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e Clean the ink off the screen using 701 to get the screen as clean as possible, and remove the all tape. \u003cem\u003eQuick tip\u003c\/em\u003e; \u003cem\u003eUse low tack tapes for taping screens as they don’t leave sticky residues that require tough cleaning, stay away from packing tape!\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cu\u003eProducts used here\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e: Easiway 701\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cu\u003eSTEP 2 - Emulsion removal\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e Scrub or brush on the emulsion remover, ensuring both sides of the screen are thoroughly covered – you should visibly see the emulsion softening – leave for a minute or two to allow the emulsion to soften. DO NOT let this dry into the screen. Now blow off the emulsion with a high-pressure washer. \u003cem\u003e\u003cu\u003eProducts used here\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e: \u003cem\u003eReady Mixed Easisolv 500 Stencil Remover\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cu\u003eSTEP 3 - De Haze (if needed)\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e If you still have a stain or ghost haze on the screen apply dehaze liquid with scrubbing pad. Leave for no longer than 10 mins otherwise this may cause damage to the mesh. Then rinse off with pressure washer. \u003cem\u003e\u003cu\u003eProducts used here\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e: Easiway 415 \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cu\u003eSTEP 4 - Degreasing:\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e Degreaser should be sprayed on and thoroughly scrubbed onto both sides of the cleaned mesh. It’s useful to leave it standing for a minute or so after scrubbing before rinsing off the degreaser. Rinsing does not need to be done using high pressure, it can be done using a normal hosepipe. To dry, store the screen horizontally with the mesh facing downwards. \u003cem\u003e\u003cu\u003eProducts used here\u003c\/u\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003e: Diluted Easiway Screen Perfect\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOther:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e The additional product of Easiway 842 can be used as a general ink cleaner, this will help to clean down surfaces and equipment such as spatulas etc and is a great colour change ink cleaner to use on press for plastisol inks.
