You can also use a little additive in the ink to give the print a more matte finish. The Plastisol Puff additive can be used with all AMEX inks. If you are planning to use this additive with inks which are not AMEX, please wash test first. You can add the puff additive to the ink at a percentage from 5% to 20%. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters.
