Whether you're running traditional plastisol, water-based inks, direct to garment (DTG), or solvent-based ink systems, the HIVE delivers the performance to cure them all.

Staying in control is effortless. The intuitive control panel puts operating status, temperature, and belt speed at your fingertips, and digital temperature control with PID technology adapts to ambient changes, holding chamber heat within 1° of your target at the thermocouple. Set it, trust it, and get the same quality on the first shirt and the thousandth.

Built to run hard, the HIVE is powered by a heavy-duty variable-frequency AC-drive motor that moves M&R's Teflon-coated fiberglass Patriot Belt™ along the SureTrak™ roller system. A red silicone guide stitched into the belt edge rides in grooves machined into large anodized aluminum SureTrak™ rollers, keeping the belt right where it belongs. It's the most precise dryer belt tracking available (U.S. Patent Pending).
