This thinner fluidizes the ink making it more elastic, soft and glossy whilst improving the printability of plastisol ink. Add this thinner to plastisol inks at a maximum percentage of 5%. We would recommend that it is only used with our AMEX ink range, as with all additives, please always do a wash test prior to production to check results. Printed garments need to be passed through a quality dryer and the ink film needs to reach the desired temperature to be fully fused, variables such as garment thickness and colour, ink deposit and operating climate will need to be taken into account when setting your oven parameters.
