Copperhead Pro-Mini

The Copperhead Pro-Mini is a cost effective, fully electric small format press which is available as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 colour option. The press is equipped with in-line Quartz Flash Dryers and has a maximum print size of 6”x 6” (15cm x 15cm) – The Pro-Mini is designed to use minimal power to operate, and doesn’t need an external compressor, and is a simple, low-maintenance machine.

The sturdy and efficient design is able to reach incredible printing speeds per hour onto a wide variety of promotional product applications. By using the Pro MINI to print logos & tags direct onto garments, printers can save time and additional steps over heat transfer labels and other less durable options.

The Pro-Mini features a 3 point micro registration for accurate and smooth on press registration. Screens are front loading for fast an easy setup and job tear downs. Easy operation is accesible from the operators position. Print parameters can all be controlled from the digital touch screen user interface

The press requires standard size screen frames of 11”x 15” (28cm x 38cm) and has a standard pallet size of 6”x 12” (15cm x 30cm) – its Quartz Flash dryers will dry an area of 6”x 6”. The press comes standard with laser positioning guides and cloth detector.

By adding the optional mask pallets, the Pro MINI is unmatched as a high-speed mask printer.
